You run reservations on India's busiest festival corridors. Crores of people head home for Durga Puja, Diwali and Chhath, and the seats go in minutes. Over a 60-day booking window, squeezed into a few minutes, you attach coaches, run specials, rebalance quotas, fight touts and time the chart. Real stations, real reservation rules, and a clear answer to why your ticket says WL 187. A game. Not affiliated with Indian Railways or IRCTC.

How to play

  1. 01You run festival booking for one crowded train. Booking opens 60 days out and the clock runs on its own.
  2. 02Watch the board: green is confirmed, amber is RAC (half a berth), red is the waiting list. Hatched berths were grabbed by touts.
  3. 03Open Tools to add a spare coach, run a special train, move quota seats, switch on Aadhaar-only booking or release unsold quota.
  4. 04Events pop up with a timer. Pick a choice or the safe default happens on its own.
  5. 05About four hours before departure the chart is prepared. Waitlisted e-tickets that didn't clear are cancelled and refunded.
  6. 06You're graded on who got home, fairness against touts, public trust and the money you kept.
